Exhibit Hours

The Energy Conference will be open during the following hours:

Wednesday, April 5^th    12:00 noon – 6:00 pm
           

Thursday, April 6^th  8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Exhibitor Check-In

All exhibitors must report to Exhibitor Check-In at the Baxter Hood Center to pick up exhibitor badges and to verify space assignments prior to both set up

            7ft. x 10ft. with 3 ft pipe/drape

            1 skirted table
            2 chairs

Exhibit Set-Up

Wednesday, April 5^th from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon

Electricity

Availability is limited.  Indicate your electrical needs on the exhibitor registration form.  All exhibitors are to supply their own extension cords (three wire #14 or longer with ground outdoor type).

Exhibit Take Down

Exhibits may be removed after 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 6^th.  All exhibits should remain set up until that time.  Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning up his or her area.

Signage

Exhibitors must provide their own signs.
